When choosing what type of air conditioner is best for your home there are a few things to consider
Do you want to cool one area or multiple areas? How big is the area you are trying to cool?
Does your home have a roof space? Does your home have insulation in the roof and walls?
As with most product purchases you get what you pay for – this is the same for air conditioners. The more well-known and established brands such as Mitsubishi, Fujitsu and Daikin provide higher quality units and parts and have well established after sales support. Lesser-known brands, although cheaper don’t always have the same quality and reliability. This can sometimes mean more breakdowns or issues with the units not as easily repairable resulting in having to purchase a whole new system which costs more in the long run.
